Thursday is by far Mozzie's favourite. Thursday has a view.
It's a loft on the uppermost floor of an old industrial building. Its old windows have been exchanged for huge planes of new glass, mirrored from the outside so Moz' is safe inside from prying eyes. New York is spread out in front of the windows, like an offering for Mozzie, and the feeling of power is heady here.
He's conned so many people in this city, has helped others to liberate so many things and that he's left his mark on it. New York City wouldn't be as extraordinary without him, Mozzie knows that.
He doesn't actually visit Thursday that often, because quite frankly it goes to his head. It brings out his dark side; when he's looking out at his city from up here he feels the need to make them bow to him, his subjects, to make them understand that their destiny is in his hands, that he could destroy them if he wanted.
Information is power. And Mozzie is the central point of information here.
Sometimes he brings Neal, makes him kneel for him, makes his body contort into shapes that bring long lasting aching and mind blowing pleasure at the same time.
The mirrored walls show a different view then: rough dark ropes against pale skin, muscles straining and bunching to hold positions that they are not built to hold, sweat glistening in the ever lasting glow of the city.
Over and over and over is that image reflected on Thursdays walls, and sometimes this side of Mozzie is torn in half, he doesn't know whether to concentrate on the luring sight of his city or on Neal, who is doing all this for him, who is vying for his attention.
Thursday has a view.
It twists his mind.

Neal smiles deviously. His eyes are sparkling with some kind of mischievous energy.
He takes the fluffy white kitten from his table and strokes its fur, making it purr; his grin grows wide as he thinks about the con he'll pull, the way that Peter will totally freak.
"I want to do bad things with you." He hugs it to his chest and laughs, delighted. "You're going to be my new Partner in crime!"
Peter Burke will learn today, that no one get's to disturb a heist of Neal Caffrey, con artist extraordinaire.
Absolutely no one.
